This course delves into the significance of genuine engagement for students and youth with disabilities, illustrating what it entails and how to achieve it. You’ll learn about developmental milestones and strategies to support the transition from youth to adulthood, including post-secondary education and employment. The course also emphasizes understanding this transition from the individual’s perspective to better meet their needs and aspirations.
