Case documentation is a foundational skill for vocational rehabilitation professionals to provide effective, high-quality services while also maintaining accountability for services and building trust. This training will explore what the current CRCC Code of Professional Ethics has to say about professional and ethical documentation and examine how documentation practices can support ethical decision-making and professionalism. Attendees will evaluate their current documentation approaches, identify areas for improvement, and learn practical strategies for maintaining ethical and diplomatic records.
